CANCELLATION POLICY

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. To respect our schedule and other clients, we kindly ask for adequate notice if you need to make any changes. • Appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled time will incur a fee equal to 40% of the service price, charged to the card on file. • Clients who do not show up for their appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the service price to the card on file.
